The challenge
The BookMD project needed UX, Design, and Development sprints to materialize the UI and execute the new work. The main problem was consolidating all loyalty program perks and mechanics into sensible, intuitive user experiences.
What we did
We completed UI/UX Designs for a complex web application and integrated user feedback into new calibrated designs that improved engagement and doctor retention on the platform.
