The challenge
Whirlyball is a successful regional franchise for family fun & entertainment. Their signature game, Whirlyball is like Quidditch but with bumper cars! To increase business conversion & revamp their customer reservation experience, they needed a development team and design expert to bring their digital vision to life.
What we did
The webform proposed needed significant user flows in consideration of their service suite, purchasing decisions, and personas and inventory. Their current restaurant/venue management system: INFOR - was the main center of operations for their venues which platform provided APIs for integration into custom-built forms. Whirlyball needed a tech partner with significant experience with API integrations and web design experience.
